nbajee Terms and Conditions

In this document, "nbajee", "platform", "we" or "site" refers to nbajeelogin.cam and all services associated with it. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided through the nbajee platform — online casino, slots, live casino, sports betting and other entertainment activities. Accessing the platform or creating an account will be considered full acceptance of these terms.

1.1 Order of Precedence

Separate rules may apply to specific services alongside these main terms, such as bonus conditions or tournament rules. In the event of any conflict, this main document will take precedence.

Registration on nbajee requires a valid mobile number and accurate personal information. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full name (as per National ID or passport)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration or before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, nbajee may request identity verification. This process may involve submitting a copy of a National ID, passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

All nbajee services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Anyone under 21 may not register on the platform, deposit funds or take part in any betting activity. If there is any doubt about a user's age, nbajee may request proof of age at any time.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

Residents of certain countries or regions may not be able to use nbajee services due to regulatory requirements. It is your own responsibility to ensure that using this service is lawful in your area.

It is your responsibility to keep your nbajee account username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Operating another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account is a breach of the rules.

4.1 What to Do in Case of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact nbajee immediately via live chat or email. nbajee will not be responsible for any loss resulting from failure to act promptly.

4.2 Password Policy

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long
• Use a combination of letters, numbers and special characters
• It is recommended to change your password regularly
• Avoid easily guessable passwords (such as your date of birth or sequential numbers)

nbajee will never ask for your password, OTP or card number by email or phone. Any such request is fraudulent — contact us directly.

The following payment methods are supported for depositing and withdrawing funds on nbajee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other Bangladeshi banks).

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
• Deposits must be sent only from an account registered in your own name
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted
• Keep proof of your deposit for account verification purposes

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 (for each method)
• Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete

5.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or incorrect information, the funds should be returned automatically within 24 hours. If it takes longer, please contact live chat directly.

nbajee offers a welcome bonus for new members: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it becomes withdrawable. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus amount, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member will receive the welcome bonus once only
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — only specific games contribute to wagering
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled
• If misuse of bonus benefits is suspected, the account will be investigated

6.3 VIP Cashback

nbajee's VIP programme has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level — example for a Gold level member: a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week earns ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback is also subject to wagering requirements.

All betting activity on nbajee requires sufficient balance in your account. There is no credit betting facility. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7.1 Circumstances for Bet Cancellation

nbajee reserves the right to cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or suspended before the scheduled time
• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a clear technical error
• Evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found
• Evidence of any unlawful activity on the part of the member is found

7.2 Technical Issues

If the internet connection drops during a game session, the game result will be determined according to the server log. nbajee's decision on this matter is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbajee platform. Any of these will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts
2. Providing false information with the intent of claiming bonus benefits
3. Using automated software, bots or scripts
4. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
5. Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
6. Attempting to access other members' accounts
7. Attempting to breach the platform's security measures
8. Operating an account anonymously without disclosing identity

9.1 Closure by nbajee

If evidence of a rule violation is found, if identity verification fails, or for legal reasons, nbajee may suspend or close any member's account without notice. If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may not be returned.

9.2 Account Closure at the Member's Own Request

Any member may request account closure at any time via live chat. All active bets must be settled at the time of the request. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels they are having difficulty controlling their gambling, they may apply for self-exclusion — either for a set period or permanently. This is an important part of responsible gambling.

The nbajee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. nbajee is not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by server maintenance, network issues or disruption to third-party services.

10.1 Limit on Financial Loss

If a loss occurs due to a technical error, nbajee will refund a maximum amount equal to the direct loss caused by that error. No liability will be accepted for indirect losses, lost profit opportunities or any other consequential damages.

10.2 Accuracy of Information

Every effort is made to provide odds, statistics and game information with the highest accuracy. However, if incorrect information is displayed due to a technical error, nbajee reserves the right to correct it and the corrected figures will be considered final.

If you have a complaint about a transaction, bet result or quality of service, please first contact the nbajee customer service team. You may use live chat (24/7) or email — in both Bengali and English — to submit a complaint.

11.1 Complaints Process

1. Submit a complaint via live chat or email and provide your account details
2. Provide the relevant transaction ID or game session details
3. The nbajee team will review the complaint
4. A decision will be communicated after the investigation is complete; this decision is final

11.2 Applicable Law

For any dispute or matter arising from these terms and conditions, the applicable law of the platform's governing authority will be followed.

nbajee reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or through a notice within the platform.

12.1 Effective Date

Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any specific bonus terms together form the entire agreement between the member and nbajee. No prior oral or written understanding to the contrary will be accepted.
